DVD 7455 SUNSET BOULEVARD

In spite of being recorded from a hand-held camera with numerous visual and audio flaws, this is still a worthwhile souvenir of Betty Buckley in the NY run of Sunset Boulevard. Unfortunately, George Hearn is replaced by an understudy. An addendum of Buckley's entrance, 2 arias, finale and curtain calls taken from much closer of another performance has both worse flaws and a greater performance. She is totally on fire, as is the audience.
